Orders
What is your return policy?
No returns or exchanges on wholesale orders unless there are manufacturer defects.
Where is my order?
We’re working hard to get you your package. You should receive two emails, one for confirmation and another for tracking once your package has shipped. If you have any questions, email orders@wolventhreads.com
Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?
We process our orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any requests you may have. The best way to request an adjustment to an order is to email us at orders@wolventhreads.com.
What is your policy for International duties and taxes?
Any applicable customs and import duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. The customer is responsible for any return shipping in the event of international returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes. If a customs authority refuses to return the package without receiving payment, then the customer is fully responsible for the package.

Wash + Wear Care
Machine wash cold, hang to dry. This is the best way to save resources and increase the lifespan of your Wolven pieces.
If cared for your Wolvens will never shrink, and will have a very minimal fade or stretch after years of wear and wash.
